I am in my mid-40s and feel diminished sexual desires but after reading this excellent blog, I think by keeping my self fit, I can also enjoy life like Jane Fonda. No body is perfect but I can start seeing my self as "whole". I appreciate the effort of spreading the awareness about sex in people like me who otherwise feel shy & hesitant in talking about it.
