HPV Resource Center Support Groups
The National HPV and Cervical Cancer Prevention Resource Center, a program of the American Social Health Association (ASHA), addresses the lack of nationally available HPV and cervical cancer prevention information and resources. The Center is dedicated to addressing the myriad issues and challenges associated with HPV and cervical cancer prevention in the United States and to helping people concerned about genital HPV. These efforts included advocacy, national meetings, interactive services, publications, and support groups.
The HPV and Cervical Cancer Prevention Resource Center has an affiliated network of local support groups for people concerned about HPV. The groups provide a safe, confidential environment where participants can get accurate information and share experiences, fears, and feelings with others who are concerned about HPV. Each group has a medical advisor. Click here for a list of current HPV support groups in the United States and Canada.
