the next day after sex and oral sex i had a slight burning feeling when I peed. Also I noticed that my crotch area was irritated and i had to rub my area kinda of like it was itchy but not really. I also had a burning feeling after ejaculating. A little more than a week later the symptoms have almost vanished no burning and very very slight irritation. Im shitting the bed right now and I want to know what it could be? and What I should do? please help me, im clueless.

What you're describing could result from too many things to mention, including plenty that aren't related to sexually transmitted infections. We can't sort out what it is, of course, and getting tested is the only way to know.
