I'm a student at UC Santa Barbara and found out about 4months ago that I had genital warts. I got really worried and depressed at first, even though I got treated right away. I felt like there was no one out there who understood what I was going through and the first Dr I went to at Student Health was not very helpful-she just seemed so out of it and like she barely knew the up to date info on HPV. Very recently I found out that one of the Dr.s at Student Health is a leading specialist in HPV (Dr. Cox) and I went and saw him last week and it was extremely comforting. So I just thought I would post this in case there is some UCSB student out there going through the same thing and needs to know that there is someone close by who can help.

:D
