Thanks for posting. Unfortunately we can't speculate about symptoms, and being evaluated by your health care provider is really the only way to sort out what might be happening. Genital warts are usually diagnosed clinically with a visual inspection.

http://www.ashastd.org/hpv/hpv_learn_warts.cfm#2. Warts can vary in appearance but are often dry, painless, flesh-colored growths (color can vary, too). They can be raised or flat, smooth or rough, with either single or multiple lesions appearing. Often they do have a classic "cauliflower" shape.
