If you get genital warts from someone will you get the exact same symptoms and same type of warts as that person? Or could your warts that look different, or possible could you not show symptoms.

Symptoms can vary, sometimes greatly, from case to case. When someone contracts HPV from a partner who has warts there is 1) no guarantee they will get any visible warts in the first place (most will not) and 2) no way to predict if any symptoms that might develop will look similar to those the partner may have had.
