http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/02/1 ... ncer-risk/Gives a lot of credence to the advice generally given on this board, which is to take care of yourself, get enough sleep, take vitamins, exercise, try to keep a positive attitude etc & also the importance of making sure that you limit your daily stress levels by engaging in these types of behaviours. Not a panacea, but good solid advice over something that you can exercise some measure of control over.
