My pap was abnormal and I was diagnozed with LSIL. Since I don't have any warts and I have LSIL can I assume this is not the strain that causes warts and therefore be positive I won't cause warts in my male counterparts?

Did your doctor do an HPV test along with your pap? If so, finding out the results would be the surest way of knowing exactly what strains you are carrying. But typically, high-risk HPV causes cervical cell changes, but not warts, while low-risk HPV is the other way around. So , if you are dealing with an abnormal pap, then most likely you have the non-wart-causing HPV.
