I was recently diagnosed as having HPV and genital warts. Not the most pleasant thing on this planet. I've done some reading but I still have a couple of questions. With regards to the warts, if anyone has had a reoccurance, did the immune system take care of them and did they disappear without having to go to the doctor?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to boost your immune system?

Warts do sometimes self resolve, especially smaller ones. A "watch and wait" approach is therefore not unheard of, but most clinics opt to go ahead and remove the lesions. Read more on treatment options at http://www.ashastd.org/hpv/hpv_learn_warts.cfm#7

Recurrences do happen but in most cases, the immune system asserts itself and keeps this from happening repeatedly over the long-term. You might want to look at lifestyle issues such as smoking (which makes it harder to clear the virus), stress, diet, getting enough rest, and in general the things you'd do for good health.
