I have been diagnosed with HPV-16. Does anyone know of any clinical studies involving potential cures for men?

I don't know of anything specific but you can go to a couple of websites that list trials and see if anything is available near you:

There is no medical cure for any viral infection, including HPV, but over time the immune system is usually able to suppress HPV pretty well. In some cases it does persist, though, and one emerging area of research is with therapeutic remedies and vaccines that seek to treat the infection in those who have been exposed, rather than the classic vaccine scenario of a shot(s) to try and protect one from contracting HPV to begin with.
