I think the post in your link might be confusing HPV with herpes. There has been a good deal of attention paid to certain foods, ingredients, and additives that may increase the rate of herpes outbreaks. I don't know if any of them have been conclusively linked to increased outbreaks, but there's some anecdotal evidence at least and if people have many outbreaks sometimes they're asked to look at their diet for potential triggers. I have never heard of any of these foods linked with HPV and genital warts recurrences, though. If you look at the source material in this article, it all relates to herpes, not HPV. Sometimes the confusion is over the similarity of how each respective virus is abbreviated: human papillomavirus is HPV, while herpes simplex virus is HSV.
