My partner and I have been clear of HPV for some time now. Its at a point where we almost forgot about the absolutely massive HPV dramas we had to go through, the embarassment, depression, self-loathing, and disgust we both felt about ourselves. Now pregnant the worry has returned, every little bump triggers a scare. What are the chances of HPV returning? Hoping and hoping we can get through without the return of this scurge. For something so common I really hope one of the several therapeutic vaccines that seem to be in trials is successful and soon released. Advaxis looks promising - waiting on edge of seat for this one. Sorry for ranting... |

sometimes warts will reoccur with pregnancy but if you've both been clear for 2 years now, it's really low odds of that occurring. enjoy the pregnancy and don't let a cosmetic issue like genital warts cause you any unneeded stress in the relationship. congrats on the pregnancy  betsy |
