I guess I just wanna make sure that I don't really need all the herbal supplements and make a total life change to get better.

I am trying to eat better and excercise ~ and I don't smoke.

GB each of you who take the time to keep having to say the same things over and over until finally it gets through to my hard head about this hpv thing. I am getting a clearer understanding which has helped me emotionally. Just been so much in a turmoil that I guess it wasn't gettin through.
