I am recently had a one night encounter with a recently divorced woman.

We had unprotected oral sex (giving and receiving) and used a comdom for vaginal sex.

Just to be 100% sure I was thinking of getting tested for:

Syphilis - Herpes Simplex Virus 1 and 2 IgG, Hepatitis B,Hepatitis C , Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae

How long should I wait before an infection would show up fopr testing?

You need to wait at least a week for the bacterial std's and 3 months for the herpes. If you've never had a herpes blood test before - get one now so you have a baseline and repeat it in 3 months if you feel it's worth doing so. The risk from a one time protected encounter is pretty low.

What would be the most likely transmitted STD STI for a one time oral encounter?
