The only possibility of it being an STI is if your partner had a paartner before you. If neither you now your partner have ever had sex before now, it wouldn't be an STI for ST in STI stands for sexually transmitted.
Keep in mind that bumps can appear anywhere on our bodies. If the same bump showed up on the back of your hand, you probably wouldn't think twice about it.
If the bump still has you concerned, you may want to check with your doc.
