I had one condom protected oral encounter with CSW.I am a male and I was the inseritve partner.I didn't touch her vagina. I didn't have any other previous sexual experience. During this encounter I came in condom after 2 minutes. I sucked her nipples for 2 minutes. I coulnd't taste anything that time. I confused a lot and dealt with a hell amount of anxiety. I was prescribed Oxazepam (Sobril) by my GP. I was on this medicine course during my HIV test say around 20 days (each day 15mg Dose). I was tested after 6 weeks post exposure and came -ve.. In my country they told me that it is OK and they won't do further testing?... My question is.

1. Whether my testting if OK provided that it was a small risk behavior?

2. Will the medicine like Oxazepam (Sobril) (I don't know whether it falls in to the chemotheraphy category), ibuprofin, paracetamol affect my test results?

3. Particluarly the Oxazepam (Sobril) will it affect my test result?

Hey Confusedwreck,

By what you've described, you never had an exposure to begin with. The negative test confirmed you didn't get it. The medication you are taking has no bearing in the test result.

It sounds like you're really dealing with an anxiety. I know your doctor prescribed you medication for it but did they refer you to a professional counselor you could talk with?
