Hi,

Both my boyfriend and I have been tested positive for HSV-2. We're using condoms during sex, and are being careful to let each other know when one of us has an outbreak. But since we both have the virus, do we have to worry as much about passing it back and forth between in each other? I haven't been able to find any information about dealing with herpes when both partners have it.

Thanks!

It doesn't get any easier than both partners having hsv2 :) You don't have to worry about anything but comfort ( if you have an ob in an area that hurts to have sex - then wait until it's healed ). You won't make each other's infections "worse" or anything like that.

Relax and go have fun!!!!

betsy
