A question I haven't been able to find information on. My wife caught genital herpes from oral herpes that I have through oral sex.

The quesiton is. Do I need to be concerned about me having oral sex on her since I have it orally?

Are my genitals at risk for for normal sex (or does my body already have it and wouldn't get genital from having vaginal sex)?

If you have hsv1 orally and your wife has it genitally, typically just avoiding sex anytime she has obvious genital symptoms is all it takes. You have significant protection from contracting it genitally from her. You already have it orally so performing oral on her isn't an issue.

keep asking questions as you have them :)
