I was diagnosed with Herpes2 about a year ago and have had two full blown outbreaks since. In the past 4 0r 5 months I periodicall experience tingling skin sensitive to touch, body ache, and fatigue. The areas affected is the lower back, hips, buttocks and upper legs. This usually last for about a week. Does anyone have information if these symptoms might be related to herpes2?
Thanks for any info out there.

I would recommend that the next time this happens, you go and be seen and have them check to see if they see any herpes lesions that you aren't seeing ( especially on your cervix ). It could be due to herpes but without obvious lesions it certainly would be unusual.

do you treat your herpes at all?

how were you diagnosed?

Thanks for your suggestion. I was diagnosed by my physician. I am not treating my herpes at this time.

did they do a lesion culture or blood testing to diagnose you?
