I am wondering if there are any reliable studies conducted to support the use of reflexology or acupuncture to reduce genital herpes breakouts? If so, can you direct me to those sites or a publicaion I can review.

I'm not aware of any studies that link acupuncture to successful management of a HSV infection. I do know of at least one study that is looking at the potential value of acupuncture in lessening pain due to herpetic neuragia, a condtion where the virus inflames nerve pathways and causes pain after sores are gone. Not the most common thing, this, but who knows?
